Some of this work is difficult to do in a group, not because a group is lesser, but because the specifics of your life deserve to be looked at directly.
This is private mentorship, and it is not therapy. It is a container for the woman who is ready to stop mistaking her adaptations for who she is, and who wants someone walking beside her while she does it.
The work is the same work. What changes is that it is built entirely around her.
This is where the identity is rewritten, one specific pattern at a time.

Every session is shaped by what is asking to be seen. We work with your actual patterns, in your actual life, with the people and pressures that are actually there. Nothing is generalised, because nothing needs to be.
You are met where you are, and honestly about what it is costing you. The adaptation is honoured first, always. What it was protecting is named. Only then do we look at the price you are still paying for a protection you no longer need.
This is the work of interrupting the automatic, choosing consciously, and letting the new choice become ordinary. It takes time and it takes repetition, and that is precisely why it is private.

Step one

Step two
If it resonates, you are invited into a private conversation. This is not a sales call. It is both of you working out whether this is the right container.
